I’m excited to share some Pinterest content ideas with you today! Pinterest is an amazing (and free!) way to market your business. As a wedding pro, you should be taking advantage of Pinterest as your ideal client is most likely on there searching for wedding ideas. If you’re not sure what type of content to create for Pinterest, here are some Pinterest content ideas for you!

Audience Insights

First, it makes the most sense to see what type of content your audience wants to see. If you have a Pinterest business profile, you’ll have access to Audience Insights. Using that data, you can see the types of content your audience is interested in. That will give you tons of content ideas.

Pinterest Search Bar

Next, you can use the Pinterest search bar to come up with Pinterest content ideas. The search bar in Pinterest will give you keywords that people are looking up. For example, if I type pink wedding into the Pinterest search bar, I see “pink wedding dress”, “pink wedding”, “pink wedding theme”, and “pink wedding cake” as the first four keywords. You can use those to write a blog post like “Pink Wedding Dress: Style Inspiration to Bring Your Pink Wedding to Life”. Then you can create several pins using pink wedding dress as the keyword and link them back to your blog post.

Pinterest Trends

You can also use the Pinterest trends tool to come up with Pinterest content ideas by visiting www.trends.pinterest.com. On the left hand side under Interests, you can select wedding. This will give you an idea of what keywords are trending and their popularity over the last year. For example, magical forest wedding is trending when I wrote this post, so I would write a blog about a magical forest wedding or see if I have an existing blog that I could use to link back to on a pin about magical forest weddings.

So those are just three of the many ways to come up with Pinterest content ideas. Using the free tools that Pinterest provides can give you a ton of content ideas. If you’re looking for help implementing these ideas, I would love to support you on your Pinterest journey!
